Jeff Burchett - owner & ceo

Jeff started Henry County Flooring with the idea of trying to breathe new life into the local economy. He began his career as an installer for several local flooring companies and has certification in many flooring applications. His experience of over 10 years in the flooring business has afforded him the opportunity to share his knowledge with his staff.

Kelly Burchett - co-owner & cfo

Kelly is Jeff's wife and co-owner of Henry County Flooring. She has worked with Jeff through his entire career in flooring and helped him start the company. She handles all the financial aspects of the business and also assists in making final business and financial decisions within the company.

Jeremy Lovell - sales manager

Jeremy has a wealth of knowledge in sales and customer service. With over 8 years experience in sales, he prides himself on making every effort to satisfy his customers. He has worked for several companies as a sales and customer service rep and holds a Business Management Certificate from Eckerd College in Florida.

John Neal - installation manager

What else can we say about our veteran installer? John's motto is "I don't want to do anything, but install carpet" and he is excellent doing just that. With over 31 years experience installing carpet, he has more knowledge about carpet installation than all the other installers combined.

Timothy Catron - installation/sales

Tim has worked with Jeff for several years. He has over 6 years experience as an installer and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the installation of all types of flooring. When he isn't installing, he also assists with the customer service and sales team.

Dave Smith - Installation

Dave is the newest member of the installation team. He brings over 20 years of experience installing floors. When you need someone with the knowledge to install flooring in your home or business, there isn't a task he can't figure out.
